Neighbours Evangelical Trust – NET is a humble initiative led by Rev. S. John, a dedicated and compassionate individual who recognized the need for positive change in his community. In the year 2000, Rev. S. John, along with a group of committed individuals, established Neighbours Trust, a registered organization under the Indian Trust Act 1882.
Rev. S. John’s vision was inspired by a deep concern for the challenges faced by his community, including poverty, illiteracy, caste discrimination, and social exclusion. He aimed to address these issues and bring about meaningful transformation in the lives of those affected. Neighbours Evangelical Trust has been actively working towards the development and empowerment of marginalized and vulnerable segments of society.
Our focus is on creating interventions that promote the well-being and upliftment of the underprivileged. Through welfare-oriented and developmental programs, we strive to bridge the gap between those who have limited access to resources and opportunities and those who enjoy relative comfort. Our aim is to enable individuals and communities to experience the benefits and opportunities that were previously beyond their reach.
At Neighbours Evangelical Trust, we remain committed to fighting injustice, social exclusion, and exploitation. Through our interventions, we work towards breaking the chains that have kept marginalized communities in a state of deprivation. We firmly believe in the potential of every individual to lead a life of dignity and purpose, and our programs are designed to facilitate their journey towards empowerment and self-sufficiency. By implementing impactful initiatives and extending a helping hand to the most vulnerable segments of society, we strive to create a more equitable and inclusive community. Neighbours Evangelical Trust remains dedicated to fostering positive change, bringing hope, and empowering individuals and communities to build a brighter future.
